Singapore's first Cuban-themed restaurant and bar, Cuba Libre, is proud to present its second restaurant, Nueva Cuba. Nueva Cuba embodies the best of Cuban culture, which is colourful, exciting, lively and inviting. Quite literally the 'New Cuba', the inviting atmosphere of the restaurant is captured by the high ceiling and glass windows and doors, giving the restaurant a sense of space as well as an extremely open and airy ambience. Overlooking calm waters on both sides of the restaurant, Nueva Cuba is perfect for casual dining with families and friends.

One of the firsts to open in the new entertainment quarter in Collyer Quay, located in the newly renovated double-storey Customs House, Nueva Cuba boasts great food, fantastic ambience, friendly service and one of the meanest Mojitos around! You can even order a Cuban cigar to enjoy in the al-fresco seating area.

Nueva Cuba's menu offers the best of Cuban cuisine, which is a fusion of Spanish, African, Caribbean, French and even Chinese cuisines. This essence is well-captured in the restaurant's menu, which offers a plethora of textures, colours and flavours that would tantalise the most discerning tastebuds. Chef's signature items include Pollo Al Mojito, grilled chicken thigh marinated in Mount Gay rum and served with sauté potato and mango salsa, and Zarzuela, fresh seafood braised in homemade tomato concasse.
